Meditation for Beginners and Experienced
Individual Session:
1x 30 minutes: 30 Euro
3 sessions of 30 minutes each: 80 Euro
Includes: Brief introductory talk, body relaxation, individualized sitting position, breathing technique, guided meditation.
Small Group Meditation (3- 5 people)
30 – 60 minutes per person: 5 – 10 Euro
Includes: Body relaxation, sitting position, breathing technique, guided meditation.
