Yoga & Pilates
Experience tailored Hatha Yoga designed specifically for your needs. This centuries-old method from India should always be practiced under professional guidance to avoid injuries. Find inner peace and balance through healthy muscle strengthening and stretches. Using aids like straps, blocks, and cushions, you will feel the positive effects of healthy body training right from the first session. Pilates is an effective method to strengthen deep and stabilizing muscles, forming the foundation for good balance and full-body tension. My classes integrate elements like Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, contributing to relaxation and regeneration.
Fascia Yoga by Liebscher and Bracht
The adhesion of our fascia over the years can lead to pain and tension. The Fascia Yoga method by Liebscher and Bracht can help release these adhesions. In my classes, I use a fascia roller and firm massage ball to specifically target these areas. Acupressure and stretching fascia lines, combined with yoga, create the ideal method to relieve pain and tension. While fascia training can be painful at times, the positive effects become evident afterwards.

First Session: 70 Euro for 60 minutes
Includes: Body analysis and creation of an individualized movement plan
Subsequent Sessions: 50 Euro per hour, video recordings are possible
Theva Move Small Group Training of Maximum 3-5 people
Price: 25 Euro per hour per person.
